Canada Trade Link working with its own Canadian School (CTL Laureate International School CANADA), scheduled to activate a Canadian Curriculum based High Schools as Finishing School and Canadian Curriculum based Skills Certificate College for in demand applied skills for citizens of our operating countries. Canada Trade Link is planning to open and operate an additional five educational systems in 2021 for a total of 10 flagship educational systems in 10 countries with small scale franchise or license based smaller systems in each countries operating regionally to create additional reach opportunities in each countries.
The planned School System will be exclusively acting as Preparator Schools for attending students to enroll into Canadian Colleges and Universities or local Country Specific young people to attend Canadian Developed Skills Certificate Training to enter into local work force associated a series of sectors within our operating country or in the region.
Canada Trade Link working with Canadian developed Construction Modular Technologies to develop small scale Residential projects not exceeding thirty (30) detached or duplex based semi-detached Residential projects within our target operating countries and mostly outside of the crowded capital cities supporting the emerging need of the Middle-Class communities.
Such projects will be developed using local Partner provided freehold or long-term lease hold lands and using Canadian Technology and Project Management support while utilizing locally available raw materials and support resources to allow opportunities for local suppliers of materials and labour.
Canada Trade Link has been in negotiations with our Vietnam, Peru, Myanmar and Nigeria partners to understand the available market opportunities within each of these countries.
Canada Trade Link will actively develop and market the Modular Construction projects in all our operating countries specifically targeting to emerging Middle Class communities within our operating countries.
Canada Trade Link using Canadian Hospital Templates to establish a series of Boutique Hospital Systems within our operating countries that will be Managed and Run by Canadian Hospital Administrators, Physicians and Senior Healthcare Staff. Such Hospital Systems will serve as walk-in and day-surgery Hospitals with pharmacy for medical supplies and expert consultation specialist services and rehabilitation capabilities.
Canada Trade Link to establish a series of these Boutique Hospitals in our operating countries and replicate modular versions of such hospitals regionally within each of our operating countries to allow expanded country representation allowing better presence for CTL Hospitals within each of our operating countries.
Canada Trade Link is planning to eventually expand its Hospital Services towards Advanced Medical and Surgery support serving larger needs of the country and specifically around Pediatrics, Palliative Care as well Elder Care segments.
Canada Trade Link is planning to invest over $150 Million Canadian Dollars within our target operating countries over five years with centralized Hospital Management and Administrative support teams driving to enhance services and revenues.
